Terms and Conditions for Using Right Path Consultancy Discount Card

Introduction

Welcome to the Discount Card Program (“Program”) of Right Path Consultancy W.L.L. (“Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program and your use of the Discount Card (“Card”). By applying for and using the Card, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

  • The Card is available to individuals who are 18 years or older.
  • The Card can be used at participating partners listed on our website.

Card Use

  • The Card must be presented at the time of purchase to avail of the discount.
  • Discounts are applicable only on eligible products or services as specified by the partner.

  • The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name appears on the Card.

  • The Card remains the property of the Company and must be surrendered upon request.

Card Validity

Termination

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
